CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

RankLords provides seamless, high-quality services. Client satisfaction is our top priority. We have a transparent and straightforward cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellation requests must be made by mail or phone to our billing department.
  • You cannot cancel your request until it has been confirmed by the appropriate department.
  • As proof that you have canceled the service, we can send you a confirmation mail in reply.
  • Cancellation requests are only accepted if they are received within 12 hours of placing an order.

Cancellation & Refund

Search Engine Optimization & Internet Marketing

Search Engine Optimization, social marketing, or any other type of internet marketing service will not be refunded. Even if the amount is paid in advance, it will not be refunded.

Search engine algorithms that determine website rankings on search engines are constantly changing. These changes are beyond the control of any SEO company, including ours. We cannot guarantee any results for our clients and all payments for services, regardless of their success, will not be refunded. We do however guarantee that our clients will keep their sites and other pages optimized according to the most recent algorithms using updated techniques.

Web Development

This is to inform you that web design and development require a lot of resources and can result in large internal costs and a lot of time. Once payment has been made, it is non-refundable. The client can cancel, delay, or postpone the project, but the payment will not be refunded. The client will be charged an additional fee for any work done beyond that point.

Other Conditions for Cancellation or Refund

  • Our marketing team will not cancel or refund any services provided on special occasions.
  • For projects that have been abandoned or are inactive for longer than 30 days, we do not offer refunds of deposits and payments.
  • There will not be any refunds for work already completed. This is because many resources are required to complete each milestone.
  • Refunds for amounts paid as installation fees or administration fees are not possible.
  • Refunds will not be given for taxes paid on services provided by regulatory bodies.
  • Any delay or interruption in services caused by a change to the scope or work pattern during the development phase or third-party involvement will not be refunded.
  • The client must concur that refund shall not be entertained in case the cancellation is requested after the launch of the project.
  • We are not responsible for third-party services or their impact on ranking, such as web development, content writing, and so forth.
  • RankLords reserves all rights to amend the cancellation or refund policy at any time without prior notice. It is recommended that you keep up-to-date our cancellation and refund policies.
  • RankLords reserves the right to take the final decision in the event of dispute or disagreement.
